Since I was flying in from out of town, dress in hand, I knew I needed to have my dress pressed - as did my bridesmaids. Angela, the contact for wedding dress services at Pratt Abbott, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my emails. My dress and my bridesmaid dresses looked amazing. Additionally, they delivered my dress right to me, so I didn't have to worry about messing it up again in transit. Wonderful service!
I had no prior experience with wedding gown cleaning/care and had no idea how to best take care of my wedding dress following the Big Day. Pratt Abbott staff were patient and understanding of my questions. They offered me clear information, without pressure, so that I could make a well-informed decision about care and preservation that worked for me. I highly recommend their services.
Roost has many Cuban twists, as it's owned by a gentleman who came from Cuba. The Salmon had a very unique flavor as it was dusted with Caribbean spices. The roasted beet salad was fresh & tasty. I also had the Chicken Liver Pate'. Very nice..but WAY too large a portion. Richard had the Pork, which was a take on pulled pork. Very nice flavor. The dessert was kind of a coconut cheesecake. Really nice without being too dense as cheesecake can be. Overall a nice experience.
