1 16 oz can of One-Pie squash puree (or any squash puree)
½ cup sugar or (¼ cup white sugar & ¼ cup brown sugar)
1 teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 12-oz can evaporated milk
Mix all of the above ingredients thoroughly in a food processor on high for 1 minute. Pour into a 9-inch glass pie dish lined with an uncooked flour & shortening crust. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and bake at 450F for 15 minutes, and then reduce the temperature to 350F and bake for another 50 minutes.
